


Facilities/Work Areas
Main floor area:
This area is for sit down/pick up orders. It is complete with tables, chairs, booths, a fountain soft-drink machine, television,
large board menu, chip rack & large front window. This area has been one of the best places to meet up with friends and
family or even a client for a relaxed, high-quality meal.
Front work area/paper work desk:
Located behind our seating area is our front work area. This space is complete with 1 hot food case, 1 cold food case
with deli meats, side dishes, additional bottled drinks, etc, a cashier booth with cash register and credit card machine,
a precision-quality digital scale with price meter for weighing meats, an extra large counter with cabinets for additional
supplies and one for a computer monitor, a hand-washing sink before entering the back work area, storage drawers, bulletin
board, heat lamp station for keeping orders hot, a large dedicated ice machine and of course, the famous meat slicer for all
cuts thin or thick of any meat, cheese, etc. The slicer is complete with it's own island in the center of the work area to
promote a constant flow and ease of movement in the workspace as well as a clear view for the customer to watch his/her food
sliced.
Back work area:
The back work area is where all the food is prepared. Combining the cleanliness and function with it's strategically placed
consoles, the back workspace has everything you could possibly need to prepare any type of food. This area includes an industrial
sized oven, deep fryer & gas grill (with heat distribution system leading to the roof), prep table with cool compartments
to keep all meats and condiments clean, sanitary and cold at all times complete with metal hoods to cover while not in use.
It also includes an order table for cutting and preparing orders and placing plates/baskets on while waiting for food to be
cooked. One of the most primary notes about Bell's is the home made bread. The facility will include the bread making tools
as well as the extra large bread proofer for rising the dough before baking. This case also serves as a food warming tool
for onsite catering jobs.
The cleaning stations:
There are two cleaning stations in Bell's. Firstly, the dedicated mop sink with drain is at a lower level to accomodate
heavy mop buckets. It includes a special PVC hose for rinsing off mops and other equipment. To the left of the mop sink, there
is an automatic industrial strength dishwasher complete with detergent and bleaching systems. Included with the dishwaser
is the dish sink complete with overhead high powered hose for blasting off any mess on any dish or piece of equipment.
The freezer:
Every restaurant must be complete with a walk-in freezer. This large 10x10 space in the back of the store holds all foods,
steaks and future orders at a very low temperature to ensure the freshsest quality at all times.
